The abstracts (in Romanian or in English) written according to the instructions below, will be\nsent by e-mail to office@dimas.com.ro<\/a> until September 20, 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

All abstracts will be verified by the CNN CONGRESS Scientific Committee before being\npublished.<\/p>

The abstracts will be published in the Abstracts Volume of CNN CONGRESS 2024 (volume\nwith ISSN).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

  • Abstracts must be submitted in Romanian or in English.<\/li>
  • We recommend you to use word processing software (for example, Word) to edit the\nabstract.<\/li>
  • The abstract must not contain graphics, tables, pictures or other types of figures.<\/li>
  • The Invited Speaker will send the material only if he or a co-author agrees to register and\nparticipate in CNN CONGRESS 2024 to present the scientific paper.<\/li>
  • There is no limit to the number of abstracts you may submit.<\/li>
  • Registration is mandatory in the submission process. All presenters must be registered\nfor the event by September 24, 2024, otherwise the abstract will not be included in the\nvolume of abstracts of CNN CONGRESS 2024 (volume with ISSN).<\/li>
  • Abstracts can be edited until the deadline for submission (September 20, 2024). After\nthat date, no changes regarding the content or the authors will be allowed. Edits may\ninclude changing the title, adding or deleting authors or changing the abstract body. Once\nthe review process begins, no changes are allowed; no exceptions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Please note that any typographical or spelling errors, improperly formatted titles, etc.\nwill NOT be edited by the organizing committee. It is the responsibility of the submitter\nto review and verify all work submitted.<\/li>

    INFORMATION REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A SUBMISSION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • Main Author \u2014 Individual who is submitting the abstract. All correspondence will be done\nwith the main author.<\/li>
      • Title (no more than 30 words)\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        • The title should be as short as possible, eloquently for the content of the presentation.<\/li>
        • The identification of the author must include the following information in the exact\norder: First name, Last name, Institution, Department, City, Country.\u00a0 <\/span>masculini vor fi prescurtate, iar cele\u00a0 <\/span>feminine se vor scrie f\u0103r\u0103 abreviere).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • The affiliation will include the institution (University, Faculty, Hospital, Department, Clinic) and accordingly the contact information (email address).<\/li><\/ul>

                  FORMAT GUIDELINES FOR THE PRESENTATIONS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                  • PowerPoint is the presentation programme available in all session halls.<\/li>
                  • No other devices, personal computers etc. than the ones provided in the session halls are\nallowed for presentations.<\/li>
                  • The PowerPoint handling and distribution system is optimised for MS PowerPoint 2016\n(Office 2016) and Adobe Acrobat-files (\u201c*.pdf\u201d). The uploading of \u201cDVD-Movies\u201d is\nnot supported.<\/li>
                  • The supported data storage media are: CD, DVD (as Data-storage-medium) and USB-\nMemory (Stick). All needed files \u2013 also the movie files(!) \u2013 have to be on the datamedia.\nPresentations can also be taken off speakers\u2019 notebooks at the Speaker Ready Room.\nPlease make sure there is enough time for conversion.<\/li>
                  • Format for embedded movies: \u201c*.mp4\u201d and \u201c*.wmv\u201d are preferred, any other format may work or may be converted to an optimised format (may take some time!)<\/li>
                  • The fonts that are used in the presentations need to be Latin-based fonts. If you need\nspecial fonts, they should be stored as \u201eembedded fonts\u201c with the presentation. (File ->\nsave as \u201ename of presentation\u201c and under \u201etools\u201c \u2192 save options mark the checkbox\n\u201eembed True type fonts\u201c and select \u201eembed all characters\u201c). When using mathematical\nsymbols, please use these which are available under Latin fonts (unicode or DOS:\nWestern Europe). Presentations should be saved as \u201c*.ppt\u201c, \u201c*.pptx\u201d (= PowerPoint) or \u201c*.pps\u201c, \u201c*.ppsx\u201c\n(=PowerPoint Slideshow) \u2013 file and movies might be separate files on the data media (if\nnot embedded). All computers and projectors will be set up and optimised for 16:9 ratio.\nPlease adhere to these specifications in order to have a well-prepared presentation.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
